After Cofina, Jean Luc Konan launches ''Inclusive Bank''

After mesofinance with Cofina (a financial group with subsidiairies in 8 countries in west and central africa), Jean Luc Konan opens the doors of the banking market with Inclusive Bank. The establishment to be based in Abidjan is intended to extend to the other countries of the WAEMU area.
 
According to our informations, a joint-stock company with a board of directors, Inclusive Bank has a capital of 15 billions CFA francs (27.3 millions USD). The general management is entrusted to Yalis Sané, marketing and communication director of the Cofina group which was once the number 2 of Cofina Senegal.
 
Jean Luc Konan is announced as Chairman of the Board of Directors. A board that includes leaders of the Cofina group like Serge N'Dakpri, the chief financial officer and Didier Logon, general manager of Cofina Côte d'Ivoire. Also included are Tiornan Coulibaly, the managing director of the insurer Leadway Vie Côte d'Ivoire, and Patricia Koizan, the financial director of IPS CNPA, the pension fund of the Ivorian private sector.
