Nominal TGH 1 dt
12 TGH pour 5 hayet com => prix d’introduction minimum 2,4 dt

Donc TGH sera corrigé minimum à son nominal
Ensuite ça va dépendre du timing de publication du reste des infos

ayatcom SA envers les actionnaires de TGH. Chaque actionnaire recevra une quotité
proportionnelle d’actions de Hayatcom en fonction du nombre de titres TGH qu’il possède.
Un actionnaire ayant 60 actions TGH se verrait attribuer 5 actions Hayatcom contre
l’annulation de 12 actions TGH.


SI CECI EST COMME SA ET ON PREND LE COURS DE CE JOUR NOUS DEVONS AVOIR DES ACTIONS PAS EN DESSOUS DE 4.5 DT POUR AVOIR LA MEME VALEUR
