Les valeurs à dividendes ( sotrapil, Tunisie leasing attij leasing ATL...etc) ,ce sont des sociétés matures en fin cycle de vie, ils ne peuvent plus investir leurs argent, aucune alternative à part distribuer cet excédent aux actionnaires

Autre point, les valeurs de leasing ont divisé leur cours par 2 les 10 dernières années

T.L été a 25 ou 30 dt

Attij L été à 30 ou 40 dt

Atl été à 6 dt

C'est pour ça le ratio dividendes semblent être intéressant
