tu as posés ta question à tout le monde, je réponds à titre personnel:
1- je n'ai aucun des titres que tu as cités dans mon PF
2- Pour TGH, j'ai posé à plusieurs reprises les mêmes question, je n'ai reçu que la réponse de Elinija chiffré, mais là il faut lui faire confiance aveugle en admettant qu'il est initié et profiter de ça. Je ne l'ai jamais fais et je ne le ferai jamais.
3. Pour TUNIVEST, je n'ai même par remarqué sa hausse, c'est encore Elinija qui à évoqué ce titre et ça a fait l'objet d'une discussion amusante. Ceci étant, le CMF aurait du diligenter une enquête pour délit d'initié considérant les transactions réalisées avant publication des indicateurs.
je n'ai aucun intérêt dans ces affaires, et je ne penses pas qu'elles feront partie de mon PF à MT. Je souhaite juste que ceux qui défendent ou critiquent le titre essayent de prendre un peu de recul, et éviter de personnaliser la question, car il ne font qu'attiser les tensions et ça ne servira à rien.
Sincèrement, je présume la bonne foie de tlm, et sur cette base, je ne peux critiquer la décision du CMF-quoi que tardive, ni ceux qui, éventuellement, l'ont provoqué. Et je crois que vous êtes tous d'accord sur ce point y compris Elinija qui a affirmé que cette suspension est une bonne décision, s'il y a une personne à blâmer, c'est la société elle même.

Cette clarification vise à harmoniser l'application de l'article 23 de la loi n°94-117 du 14 novembre 1994 portant réorganisation du marché financier, qui impose aux auditeurs de signaler immédiatement tout fait susceptible de mettre en péril les intérêts de la société ou de ses actionnaires.

yer7am weldik, ken 3andik les les Cash-flows prévisionnels 9oul el TGH de les publier 5al ne7sbou, mais à la date d'aujourd'hui, on anticipe sur la base de quoi??
le marché n'a aucune idée sur les sociétés immobilières, endettés ou non?, sont stock foncier, combien le projet va générer de cash-flows (coût de viabilisation, superficie nette......), combien sera remonté à TGH, ........
autant de questions et d'autres qui doivent recevoir une réponse. Sincèrement, en tant que petit porteur, je ne peux formuler aucune prévision ni bonne ni mauvaise.

Concernant les réserves vous pouvez ajuster avec une fourchette haute et basse (et ça sera plus clair avec le communiqué)

C’est pour ça que j’avais dit que la suspension c’est une bonne nouvelle
Ça fait plusieurs mois que je réclame une communication financière pour clarifier la situation du groupe et pour plus de transparence pour les investisseurs
Le stock est valorisé au prix d’acquisition donc personne ne va connaître la valeur réelle à ce jour
De même j’ai réclamé plus de communication concernant l’avancement des projets en Afrique (c’est quand même plus de 300 milliards de chiffre d’affaires)

il suffit que la société annonce ça à tout le marché, c'est ce manque d'information couplé à un historique discutable qui crée la suspicion, une atmosphère malsaine et encourage les "nabbara" comme tu dis. cette situation est préjudiciable en 1er lieu à la société.

je pense que c pour le bien de tout le monde de connaitre la vrai situation du groupe loin des réserves récurrents
pour l'annonce des terrains, ca reste une annonce car elle peut ne pas se concrétisé si la société ne trouve pas son compte par exemple
en plus les terrains ce sont des terrains pour des logements sociaux donc le prix de vente sera certe inférieur au prix de vente normal
pour moi et malgré que je v rester bloqué pendant quelque semaine sur ce titre, mais je pense que c mieux pour éloigner tout soupçons de manipulation

Il suffit de chercher et tu trouveras les infos
L’un des articles qui parle de cette plus-value est déjà sur ilboursa
2- on n’apure pas les réserves d’une filiale avec le bénéfice d’une autre filiale
3- la plus-value dégagée par la filiale jnaynet montfleury va monter à TGH donc je ne vois pas pourquoi on l’intègre partiellement dans le cours sachant que la direction avait annoncé en plus de cette plus-value un résultat net pour Retel autour de 15M pour 2026
Le cours devrait dépasser les 2 dinars d’ici fin 2026
Je ne vois pas pourquoi il y a tout cette affolement alors que le cours n’a pas dépassé la valeur des terrains
À ce cours : palma, hayatcom et Retel sont gratuites
Peu importe l’impact réel des réserves on est encore en-dessous de la valeur réelle de la holding
