C'est exactement le communiqué qu'ils avaient publié en février 2025. À l'époque, ils annonçaient que tout serait finalisé avant juin 2025. Aujourd'hui, ils reprennent pratiquement le même communiqué, en remplaçant simplement « juin 2025 » par « fin 2026 ».

Et il est fort probable qu'en juillet 2027, ils publient un nouveau communiqué en annonçant cette fois une finalisation pour fin 2027, et ainsi de suite.

Au final, il n'est pas exclu qu'ils finissent par annoncer que le projet n'a finalement pas abouti.
